Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of memberships, digital content and related services provided through NIP-Activity.com and its members area. Please read them carefully before purchasing a membership.

1. Operator and Contracting Party

These Terms and Conditions are entered into between you and Stoppe & Stoppe GbR, the operator of NIP-Activity.com.

Complete company information is displayed in the website footer and during checkout. Customer support can be contacted at support@nip-activity.com or through our contact form.

In these Terms and Conditions, “NIP-Activity,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Stoppe & Stoppe GbR. “Member,” “user,” “you” and “your” refer to the person purchasing or using a membership.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all memberships and digital services purchased directly from NIP-Activity or through a payment provider offered during checkout.

Additional terms issued by a payment provider may apply to payment processing. Those additional terms do not replace these Terms and Conditions or any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

3. Age and Eligibility

NIP-Activity contains adult-oriented content featuring nudity and sexually explicit material. You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age required to access such content in your country or jurisdiction.

By purchasing a membership, you confirm that:

• you meet the applicable minimum age requirement;
• you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract;
• accessing adult content is lawful in your location; and
• you are accessing the website voluntarily for your personal use.

If you do not meet these requirements, you must not register, purchase a membership or access the members area.

4. Formation of the Contract

The available membership plans, prices, billing periods, currencies, renewal conditions and payment methods are displayed during checkout.

By completing the order process, you submit an offer to purchase the selected membership. The contract is concluded when payment is successfully accepted and your membership is confirmed or activated.

For advance payments, access will normally be activated after the payment has been received and assigned to your order.

You will receive an electronic order or payment confirmation. You are responsible for entering a complete and correct email address during registration.

5. Membership Plans and Prices

NIP-Activity offers recurring and non-recurring membership options. The exact price, duration, currency and renewal status of the selected plan are displayed before the order is completed.

Available offers may include:

• a recurring one-month membership;
• a non-recurring one-month membership;
• a non-recurring three-month membership;
• a non-recurring twelve-month membership; and
• temporary promotional offers.

The offer and conditions displayed during checkout form part of the contract.

6. Payment Methods and Billing

Depending on availability, payments may be processed through:

• direct credit card payment using Visa or Mastercard;
• CCBill;
• Epoch; or
• advance payment by bank transfer.

For direct credit card transactions, the billing descriptor may appear on the cardholder’s statement as Stoppe & Stoppe -15158554939.

Payments processed by CCBill or Epoch may appear under the billing descriptor used by the corresponding provider. The applicable billing information is displayed during checkout.

You are responsible for providing correct payment and account information. Never send complete credit card information by email or through the general contact form.

7. Recurring Monthly Memberships

A recurring monthly membership automatically renews for another month at the same recurring price and in the currency selected during checkout:

• EUR 29.95 when the membership was purchased in euros; or
• USD 29.95 when the membership was purchased in US dollars.

The recurring membership continues to renew until it is canceled.

Only a membership clearly identified as recurring during checkout renews automatically. One-time memberships and memberships paid by advance bank transfer do not renew automatically.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring membership at any time before the next renewal is processed. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Access remains available until the end of the membership period that has already been paid for, unless access is terminated for misuse or another legally justified reason.

Direct Visa or Mastercard payments

If you paid directly by Visa or Mastercard, log in to your membership account. Under “Active Subscriptions,” click the “cancel” link next to your subscription.

CCBill or Epoch payments

If your membership was purchased through CCBill or Epoch, cancellation may be completed through the customer support service of the corresponding payment provider:

If you cannot complete the cancellation through an available self-service option, contact us through our contact form before the next billing date.

Include the username or email address associated with the membership. Never include your password or complete credit card number.

9. Access to the Members Area

Membership access is normally activated after successful payment. For advance payments, activation takes place after the payment has been received and assigned to the order.

Access is personal and may only be used by the registered member. Your username and password must not be shared, sold, transferred or made available to another person.

You must inform us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without permission. We may temporarily restrict access or require a password reset where reasonably necessary to protect the account, the website or other users.

10. Videos, Galleries and Downloads

Members may stream or download the content made available under their membership. Depending on the production and source material, videos may be offered in SD, Full HD at 1080p or 4K at 2160p.

Photos may be viewed as online galleries. Complete photo sets may also be offered as downloadable ZIP files.

NIP-Activity does not impose a fixed download limit on active memberships. Reasonable technical safeguards may nevertheless be used to protect the service against automated scraping, account sharing, attacks or other misuse.

11. License for Downloaded Content

Content accessed or downloaded through NIP-Activity is licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to view the content for private purposes.

Files lawfully downloaded during an active membership may remain stored on your personal devices and may continue to be viewed for personal use after the paid membership period ends.

You may not:

• publish, upload, broadcast or redistribute the content;
• share downloaded files with another person;
• sell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit the content;
• make the content available through file-sharing services, social media or another website;
• remove copyright notices, watermarks or ownership information;
• use automated tools to copy or extract substantial portions of the website; or
• use the content for an unlawful purpose.

All rights not expressly granted remain with NIP-Activity or the respective rights holder.

12. Content and Service Availability

NIP-Activity aims to provide regular content updates. The usual publication schedule is two content updates per week and one new model per month.

Individual content, features or technical formats may be changed, replaced or removed when reasonably necessary, including for legal, licensing, privacy, security or technical reasons.

We do not guarantee that every older production will be available in every resolution. Available formats depend on the original recording and source material.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security measures, hosting failures, Internet disruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days. Whether such a right exists and how it applies depends on the laws applicable to you and on the type of digital service or digital content purchased.

NIP-Activity normally provides access to the members area immediately after successful payment. This allows members to stream videos, view photo galleries and download digital content without waiting for the end of a possible withdrawal period.

Where required by applicable law, beginning the supply of digital content or providing immediate access may affect or result in the loss of a statutory right of withdrawal. This may require the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgement before performance begins.

If a digital service begins during an applicable withdrawal period at the consumer’s express request, the consumer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided if the contract is subsequently withdrawn.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or replaces any mandatory withdrawal right or other consumer right that applies under the law.

14. Refunds and Payment Problems

Statutory rights relating to withdrawal, non-performance, defective digital products, unauthorized payments or other mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Outside those statutory rights, refunds may be granted in appropriate cases, including:

• duplicate billing;
• a payment that was not authorized by the cardholder;
• a proven technical error that prevented the purchased access from being provided; or
• another case in which a refund is required by applicable law.

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us or the applicable payment provider so that the payment or access problem can be investigated. This request does not restrict your right to contact your bank, card issuer or payment provider regarding an unauthorized or incorrect charge.

A refund or chargeback may result in termination of the membership associated with the refunded payment.

15. Acceptable Use

You must not use the website or members area in a way that:

• violates applicable law or the rights of another person;
• allows a minor or unauthorized person to access adult content;
• interferes with the operation or security of the website;
• attempts to bypass access controls or security measures;
• uses bots, crawlers or automated download tools;
• introduces malicious software or harmful code;
• uses another person’s account without authorization; or
• infringes copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when there is a reasonable indication of:

• account sharing or unauthorized account access;
• payment fraud or use of stolen payment information;
• unauthorized distribution of content;
• a serious or repeated breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• a security risk to the website or other users; or
• another legally justified reason.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we will give you an opportunity to resolve the issue before permanent termination. Immediate suspension or termination remains possible where necessary to prevent fraud, illegal activity, unauthorized content distribution or a serious security risk.

17. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, videos, photographs, text, graphics, branding and other materials made available through NIP-Activity are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a membership does not transfer ownership of any content or intellectual property rights. The permitted personal use of downloaded content is governed by Section 11 of these Terms and Conditions.

18. Content Removal Requests

Reports concerning illegal, abusive, non-consensual or otherwise unauthorized content can be submitted in accordance with our Content Removal Request procedure.

Reports involving suspected minors, non-consensual content, exploitation or immediate safety concerns will be prioritized.

19. Statutory Rights and Liability

NIP-Activity will provide the digital service in accordance with applicable statutory requirements for digital products. Mandatory rights relating to availability, conformity, remedies and consumer protection remain unaffected.

We are liable without limitation for:

• intentional misconduct and gross negligence;
• injury to life, body or health;
• fraudulent concealment of a defect;
• liability under mandatory product liability law; and
• any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

In cases of ordinary negligence, we are liable for a breach of an essential contractual obligation where fulfillment of that obligation is necessary for proper performance of the contract and you may normally rely on it being fulfilled. In such cases, liability is limited to damage that was foreseeable and typical when the contract was concluded.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights.

20. Privacy

Information about the collection and processing of personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.

Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy policies and legal responsibilities. NIP-Activity does not ask members to send complete payment card details by email or through the general contact form.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when reasonably necessary because of changes to the service, payment methods, security requirements or applicable law.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights relating to a completed payment or membership period that has already been purchased.

If a material change affects an ongoing recurring membership, we will provide reasonable notice where required by law. Any statutory right to reject a change or terminate the contract remains unaffected.

22. Complaints and Customer Support

If you experience a problem with your membership, payment, access or content, please contact us without unnecessary delay:

Please include your username or registered email address and a clear description of the issue. For technical problems, it may be helpful to include the title of the affected content, your device, browser and a screenshot.

Never send your password or complete credit card number.

We will review complaints within a reasonable period. No contractual complaint deadline limits or removes rights available under mandatory law.

23. Severability

If an individual provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. The invalid provision will be replaced or interpreted in accordance with the applicable statutory rules.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

24.1 This Agreement and all matters arising out of, or otherwise relating to, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions. The sum of this paragraph is that any and all disputes must be, without exception, brought to court and litigated in Germany.

24.2 Notwithstanding Section 24.1, if you are a consumer, the choice of German law and jurisdiction does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection or jurisdiction rights available under the laws applicable to you. Where mandatory law permits a consumer to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence, that right remains unaffected.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, the information displayed during checkout, the applicable membership offer and any mandatory consumer information provided during the order process form the agreement governing the purchased membership.

By completing the order, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read these Terms and Conditions before submitting your purchase.
